“On Friday last Blair ESTABROOKS died of heamorrhage of the throat. The funeral took place on Sunday. It was conducted with Masonic honors. Mr. S. Edgar Wilson read the services. Mr. Estabrooks was widely known as the former proprietor of the Brunswick House. He afterwards went into general business. In 1882 he was appointed coroner for the county.”51
