This Frances Barrow died, age 85, on August 15th, 1844 on Mapp’s Row, Stepney Green, not far south from the neighbourhood where John, Ann and Frances Barrow were living in 1841; thus it is theorized that she could have been John Henry Barrow’s mother, especially since he named his eldest daughter Frances. Likewise it seems likely that Samuel Barrow was also her son since he also named a daughter Frances and his occupation was the same as her husband’s.
