Built by Short Brothers Limited, Sunderland, England, 1895. 3,272 gross tons; 342 (bp) feet long; 43 feet wide. Steam triple expansion engine, single screw. Service speed 12 knots. 1,045 passengers (45 first class, 1,000 third class).
Built for Prince Line, in 1895 and named Tartar Prince. Mediterranean-New York service. Burned and sank in the South Atlantic on November 25, 1902.
