“John BENNETT, age 84, former resident of Moncton (West. Co.) and father-in-law of C.B. RECORD, Esq., died in Elgin, yesterday morn. Mr. B. was for about 50 years a resident of Moncton, having lived on the Reed Place, now occupied by C.R. Palmer. He has lived about six years in Elgin. The remains were brought to Moncton. Mrs. J. DeWolfe SPURR of St. John is also a daughter of the deceased.”51
