In the Newspaper 'The Maple Leaf’, Albert County, New Brunswick, on p. 3 on Oct 18, 1888 it says: "Married at Salisbury, N.B. Oct 4, by Rev. W.W. Lodge, Joseph Colpitts, of Coverdale, A.Co., to Miss Lizzie A. Smith, of Pollet River, N.B."93
Also on the Public Archives of New Brunswick microfilm F13387 Marriages it has the following Certificate:
"This certifies that Joseph R Colpitts of Coverdale Albert Co and Lizzie A Smith of Pollett River Westmorland Co. were married by me (having licence) Oct 4th 1888 W.W. lodge Methodist Minister Salisbury New Brunswick".93
Also on the Public Archives of New Brunswick microfilm F13387 Marriages it has the following Certificate:
