She’s mentioned in Alex Givan’s obituary as “Mrs. West”, accompanying her “cousin”, Alex’s daughter Fannie. (Actually Fannie and Maggie would have been 2nd cousins.)

Obituary
Mrs. Margaret West
One of the oldest residents of Weston, Mrs. Margaret West formerly Margaret Palmer of Welsford, and widow of the late George E. West, passed away early Saturday morning, April 15, aged 93 years.
She had retained all heer faculties, and her interest in world affairs and community activites, always responding generously when appealed to for worthy objects.
Last summer she was unable to occupy her cottage on the Berwick campground, and had been failing in health ever since.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. J. R. Taylor with whom she lived and one granddaughter Eileen (Mrs. Archibald McNeil), of Summerside, P.E.I. She was predeceased by her husband and her only son Allison, by many years.
The funeral on Tuesday afternoon, April 18, was largely attended. The service was conducted by the Rev. R. S. Gregg, of the Aylesford Baptist Church, and the music was rendered by the Aylesford choir. The pall-bearers were Wm., John and Frank West, Frank Palmer and Rupert and Lindsay Patterson.
