“Death of Mrs. G. Cummins
The death of Mrs. Freda Marie Cummins, wife of G. Talmage Cummins, Alma Street, occurred in the Moncton Hospital this morning after an illness of several months. She was born in Moncton the daughter of the late Frederick and Charlotte (Crosskill) Givan.
Mrs. Cummins was a life-long member of St. John’s United Church and took an active interest in all church activities including the Sunday School, Cradle Roll Department as well as many other societies. She will be greatly missed by a wide circle of friends.
Surviving besides her husband are several cousins.
The body is resting in Cadman’s slumber rooms, Alma Street. The funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in Cadman’s Funeral Home with interment in the family lot in Elmwood cemetery.”
